The Philippine Journal of Allied Health Sciences (PJAHS) is the official publication of the University of Santo Tomas' College of Rehabilitation Sciences. Published biannually, this online, open-access, peer-reviewed scholarly journal promotes advancements in allied health sciences. PJAHS publishes original research and reviews across various allied health disciplines, including physical therapy, nursing, occupational therapy, and sports science. It prioritizes research on human biomechanics, exercise physiology, physical activity across ages, ergonomics, athlete profiling, sports injuries, and allied health practice patterns. This peer-reviewed journal seeks to publish high-quality research that ultimately improves healthcare delivery and patient outcomes.
Aims and Scope
Our mission is to produce quality researches on physical and occupational therapy clinical practice, fitness and exercise that will enhance performance, promote wellness in the prevention of diseases and improve function among healthy and physically challenged individuals.
